HR & Reporting Specialist
Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls Full-Time On-Site Sioux Falls SD
Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is growing and were looking for a detail-oriented organized and people-focused HR & Reporting Specialist to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people managing processes and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with recruiting posting job ads screening applicants and scheduling interviews
- Manage new-hire onboarding paperwork and orientation
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness requirements
- Track attendance PTO and employee records
- Support management with employee communication and documentation
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and employee relations
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs technician productivity and operational metrics
- Maintain accurate data in company systems
- Support office operations with general administrative tasks
- Listening to calls and help coach staff
- Provide reporting insights to help improve efficiency and performance
Qualifications
- Experience in HR office administration or reporting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of HR compliance & employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and basic reporting skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Organized dependable and comfortable working independently
- Friendly positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Experience in a small to mid-size business environment preferred
