Job Summary
The Office Administrator willbe responsible forproviding administrative and clerical support to include answering phones managing lunches and other functionsassistingwith travel and reimbursements for executives and other projects.
MikrosTechnologies(a Jabil company)liquid cooling systems are deployed servers in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites.We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.

What will you do
Coordinate executives directors and/or managers calendar meetingscorrespondenceand presentations as needed.
Coordinate and arrangemeetingsfacilities and records andtranscribeminutes of meetings.
Participate or lead special projects and/or events.
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations when.
Administer program projects and/or processes specific to the department served.
Serve asanadministrative liaison with others within and outside the companyregardingadministrative issues relating to purchasing personnelfacilitiesand operations.
Generate reports and graphs as needed.
Order andmaintainsupplies.
Plan and prepare for customer visits.
Serve asa resourceto others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
Adhereto all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within thecompanyssecurity policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managersclientsandcustomers.
Ability to define problems collect dataestablishfacts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
Advanced PC skills including training and knowledge of Jabils software packages.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions short correspondence and memos.
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
