Job Summary
Our client has a confidential need as they are seeking an experienced hands-on HR Manager to serve as the primary HR representative for their San Diego location. This role partners closely with the West Coast HR team to lead and execute HR programs that support organizational growth employee engagement and operational excellence. This role is ideal for an HR professional with in-depth knowledge of California employment law strong attention to detail and a passion for fostering a positive compliant workplace.
As this role is confidential specific client information will be shared if the Hiring Manager requests an interview.
$100000 - $125000 a year
Full benefit suite available.
The HR Manager will lead key HR functions including onboarding and offboarding benefits administration open enrollment leaves of absence (LOA) ADA accommodations employee relations safety workers compensation recruiting support and compliance management. Youll serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees ensuring consistency fairness and integrity across all HR practices.
