The HR Manager will lead key HR functions including onboarding and offboarding benefits administration open enrollment leaves of absence (LOA) ADA accommodations employee relations safety workers compensation recruiting support and compliance management. Youll serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees ensuring consistency fairness and integrity across all HR practices.
