Job Summary

Core Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Monitor and manage the DC shared email inbox; ensure timely accurate and professional responses.
Partner with Shipping Receiving and Inventory teams to resolve customer or internal inquiries.
Update ERP transactions reports or shipment records as needed (training available).
Assist with cycle counts reconciliation and order documentation when necessary.
Provide general administrative support for the DC including reporting filing and communication tracking.
Uphold strong attention to detail and ownership of inquiries from start to resolution.
Other duties as assigned by management/supervisor
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in shipping and receiving or similar role
ERP system experience SAP preferred
Customer Service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cross-functional communication.
Forklift experience preferred
Cycle counting experience preferred
Strong written communication and email etiquette required.
The estimated pay range for this position is $20-21. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills experience and work location.
