The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is committed to excellence in public safety by providing effective interventions that improve the lives of youth strengthening both families and communities within the Commonwealth. Provide clerical support and assistance to the Department of Education specifically assigned to the Student Academic and Support Services (SASS) team and the Division of Education regarding student information and records.
This position implements office procedures such as filing copying recording data note taking maintaining office equipment and keeping track of materials and supplies and assisting with special projects as requested. The person in this position assists with the maintenance and distribution of student records and preparing those records for transfer to the Library of Virginia for storage. This position requires excellent oral and written skills.
