with our Change Manager to improve peoples awareness and desire to changes engage side of adoption reinforce adoption arising from changes of business processes systems and technology globally. The primary responsibility involves developing training and e-learning aids enhancing communication strategies engaging our end users to ensure successful adoption to new and existing ERP systems office365 tools people collaboration platform and other internal applications. You will also communicate with end users to address their adoption concern to share best practice and provide professional workarounds. The candidate should be hands-on enough to deliver his or her work end to end under minimum supervision. He or she will work to drive faster adoption higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation value creation ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Ultimate goal is to deliver targeted learning and communication activities that land the Meiyume Way process operating model across our offices manufacturing plants distribution centres globally. Additionally responsible for producing high-quality content that engages internal employees that builds awareness and trust on projects being delivered.
Key Results / Accountabilities:
Training and e-Learning Development and Delivery:
- Identify learning / training needs and create training needs analysis.
- Develop learning strategies and programs that align with business goal learner needs and best practices according to instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Develop training curriculum lesson plan delivery plan and training schedules based on peoples roles.
- Design develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and bit-sized e-learning videos simulations or short e-learning modules for technology projects and initiatives.
- Create engaging learning materials with high level of accuracy and appropriateness that cater to diverse learning styles ensuring accessibility for all colleagues.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions in both English and Chinese to enhance team skills and knowledge e.g. New Productivity Tools in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Support all kinds of ERP program project phases activities including pre-implementation train the trainer (TTT) end user training (EUT) Hypercare learning support and global communication.
- Able to create performance support tools material and new templates such as FAQ Quick reference steps business cases material.
- Engage and discuss with our business stakeholders to develop best practice sharing and system SOP.
- Provide 1 on 1 or small group coaching service to users during new product launch.
- Able to configure and utilise any learning management system (LMS) or any guided learning platform to upload and maintain learning repository categorize material update training records and advise automatic learning assignment rules.
- Recommend latest technology to improve workplace productivity and engagement.
Multi-Channel Communication:
- Plan and manage the design content and production of all communication materials.
- Develop clear and effective communications materials including HTML newsletters communication e-mails stories scripts videos PowerPoint presentations for communication portal and ERP microsite according to the pre-defined multi-channel communication criteria.
- Plan design organize keep track progress of communication timeline and scheduling.
- Make use of online graphics development platform e.g. Canva to create new fresh / re-create informative and engaging flyers posters banners videos graphics.
- Create and update digital content with creativity grammar accuracy use of language and tone of voice in our company communication portal as well as ERP program microsite in Microsoft SharePoint.
- Develop quick tips learning guide related to stakeholder communication tracking communication efforts between stakeholders for ERP transform program.
- Engage with our outsource or crowd-sourcing partners to develop engaging graphics logos banners templates monitor progress and ensure good quality to align with project needs.
- Coordinate with our internal sourcing team and design team to design develop source and deliver the project merchandises and gifts for ERP transform program.
- Assist to explore digital signage technology in the market and plan for future roadmap.
- Recommend latest technology to improve people communication and engagement
Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Learning:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders e.g. our business super users (process owners) power users (process experts) business process specialists (business analysts) and our solution / implementation partners (external consultants) and end-users to support learning and communication initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
- Able to learn continuously new knowledge steps and terminology related to new systems platforms and tools consolidate the new learning back to re-share with all colleagues and technology members in non-technical and engaging way.
- Collaborate with different teams to generate new ideas and strategies that result in positive messaging to the employees who will be using the latest technologies and processes being deployed.
- Assist to coordinate events e.g. ERP transform program information session townhall.
- Assist developing team building activities and employee engagement events with gamification approach.
- Assist to support all kinds of change management activities assigned by change manager.
Monitoring and Evaluation of Learning and Communication:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs against defined metrics such as learning satisfaction completion rates knowledge retention and job performance.
- Assess the effectiveness of communication strategies through surveys and feedback.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendation for future training and communication effort.
- Evaluate the same learning program can be launched globally in other regions considering different languages user adoption capabilities and learning cultures.
- Prepare reports on training and communication outcomes for management review.
- Assist to evaluate the users system activities in new IT products and platforms to ensure the global new way of working is in-place in an effective and efficient manners.
Requirements:
Education and Experience (MUST HAVE)
- Bachelors degree in business communications languages education instructional design & learning technology and/or relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in communication training development with delivery or learning design. Experience gained from IT system learning technology training and global IT communication a plus.
- Interested in and be able to engage people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Experience creating designing and rolling out user adoption techniques for Microsoft Office 365 across an organisation.
- Experience and knowledge of training principles methodologies and tools.
- Good planning and organising skill. Able to deliver assigned tasks end to end as well as assume accountability.
- Effective writing skill in both English and Chinese for production of communication and training material.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to adopt a flexible working hour arrangement to work with team members located in different time zones
- Familiar with managing external vendors.
- Good command of written and spoken English Cantonese Putonghua/Mandarin French Thai or Indonesian Bahasa speaking and writing ability is an advantage.
Preferred Criteria (NICE TO HAVE)
- Demonstrated interest in exploring understanding and teaching new AI tools is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- Experience in e-learning authoring story-telling tools and AI text to speech platform such as Adobe Captivate Articulate iSpring Prezi Synthesia etc.
- Use of graphics design tools such as Canva with basic graphics and video production concept
- Video content creation and editing experience highly regarded to engage the business internally.
- Experience with ERP and WMS in big scale of transformation such as Oracle Infor SAP and D365 will be an added value
- Knowledge of Gartners run grow and transform model.
