Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Creative Excellence: Instructing Art & Design across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Technical Skills: Teaching a range of disciplines including fine art digital media and textiles.
Induction Focus: Evidence-gathering for the ECF through regular reflections and structured portfolio review with your mentor.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Fine Art or Design.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
Support: Weekly formal mentoring and a professional-grade art studio space.
