A Leading Education Recruitment Agency is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in inclusive mainstream schools and specialist provisions in Finchley. Schools in this area are known for strong SEN leadership well-resourced classrooms and a collaborative approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Finchley you will support pupils with Autism speech and language needs ADHD learning difficulties and sensory processing challenges. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis within small groups or across the classroom.
You will help pupils access learning manage emotions and develop social and communication skills working closely with teachers and SEN specialists.
