Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly disposition

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
- Support inventory management and merchandising
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- An energetic adaptable and proactive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
