Job Summary
A Malta-based boutique law firm renowned for providing specialised legal services to a diverse range of clients is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Associate to assist our team of lawyers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience develop your expertise and contribute to high-quality legal work in a supportive and professional environment.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 30K (depending on experience) plus an attractive bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist lawyers in providing legal advice across areas including Financial Services Gaming Law Corporate Law Commercial Law and Tax Law
Draft review and organise legal documents and contracts
Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support client work
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders under the guidance of senior lawyers
Education Skills & Experience
Law degree from a reputable university
Possess the warrant to practice as a lawyer in Malta
Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience
Postgraduate experience in Financial Services Gaming Law Corporate Law Commercial Law or Tax Law is a plus
Fluent in Maltese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive able to work independently and capable of assisting in multiple legal matters efficiently
Professional client-focused and able to represent the firm in interactions with both local and international clients
About the Role
Salary of up to 30K attractive bonus.

Office located in Valletta Malta
