Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects Our client a well-established construction firm is seeking a hands-on tech-savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high-end builds.

What Youll Be Doing

Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers
Ensuring project timelines budgets and quality standards are met
Managing site safety inspections and regulatory compliance
Reading and interpreting building plans
Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)

What Youll Need

3 years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role
Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)
Project Management qualifications or experience essential
Must be computer literate (emails spreadsheets site reports)
Strong leadership planning and communication skills

Relevant Qualifications (Preferred):

National Diploma in Construction Management / Building
NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA-accredited)
Project Management Certification (PRINCE2 PMP or equivalent)
Health & Safety training (e.g. SACPCMP registration SAMTRAC) Advantageous
