Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Handyman/Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance repairs and upkeep of our facility to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.
Tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Maintenance: Perform routine checks and repairs on facility systems including plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry.
- Repairs and Fixes: Address and resolve issues with equipment fixtures and structures such as changing light bulbs unclogging drains and fixing broken locks.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent potential issues.
- Assistance with Projects: Collaborate with contractors and other professionals on larger projects.
- Reporting and Communication: Inform facility management of maintenance activities issues and report sales performance.
- Track and report sales activities pipeline status and performance against targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
