Job Summary
- Location: Primarily based at Beaverton WHQ (PHK) 4 days/week with remote work on Fridays.
- Primary Focus: Evolve expand and leverage Nikes in-store customization services to support key brand sport and product initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across Nike including Retail Operations Creative Brand Digital Product Geo teams and external vendors.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to developing and testing new in-store services and experiences.
- Concept Development: Identify develop and test innovative in-store service concepts that drive customer loyalty and sales growth.
- Execution: Design and execute in-market tests (e.g. A/B testing customer surveys) analyze results and provide recommendations for scaling successful concepts.
- Business Planning: Develop business cases operational plans and financial projections to support the rollout of new services and experiences.
- Customer Focus: Conduct research and analysis to ensure new concepts meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance Nikes retail experiences.
- Communication: Serve as a strong communicator ensuring clear creative and organized project follow-through.
- Experience Required: 6 years in retail marketing/experience marketing preferably with large companies and a bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Skills Required: Excellent communication project management analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Retail Background: Previous corporate retail experience is a plus.
