Job Summary

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills) Functional Skills:

2–4 years of experience in a product manager role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes and define clear requirements.
Skilled in documenting user stories workflows edge cases and business rules in a structured and testable manner.
Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data to support prioritization and solutioning.
Effective written and verbal communicator across technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in product engineering design and compliance.
Detail oriented and organized capable of maintaining clean documentation and managing competing priorities.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones with flexibility to attend early morning or evening meetings as needed.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Agile delivery models and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Proficient in documenting user stories and flows.
Experience with enterprise platforms ideally in fintech or lending environments.
Understanding of data structures API behaviors or systems integration (preferred).
