Job Title: Salesforce Applications Developer

Job Description and Duties:

You will work as an expert-level applications developer lead delivering SaaS (Software as a Services) applications solutions and ensuring application security while minimally assisting with custom-developed legacy applications.

Design and implement scalable secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and platform capabilities.
Develop Salesforce custom applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs translating them into technical specifications and user-friendly solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects workflows validation rules and process automation using Flow and Process Builder.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs middleware or integration platforms such as Own and Copado.

You must have knowledge and experience of:

Salesforce CRM
Object-Oriented programming Experience
Apex
Modern application development principles practices and methodologies (Agile SDLC etc.) with security in mind

You have to:

Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Communicate effectively with business and technical personnel with various levels of IT knowledge.
Produce technical documentation for business and technical personnel with various levels of IT knowledge to help understand products and services.
Provide technical guidance to others.
Work collaboratively with multiple teams within IT.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Problem solve using both critical and creative thinking.
Apply security technical knowledge effectively and methodically.
Apply industry-standard methodologies to perform analysis.
Be proactive positive and open-minded to direction and new ideas be flexible with shifting priorities and situations.
Work well under pressure work independently in completing assigned work and meet required deadlines.
