Job Summary

As a Cloverleaf Interface Developer (Level 2 certified) you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Mandatory skills

  • Cloverleaf development experience
  • Proficiency in CCDA HL7 JSON and XML messaging
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to interact with technical and business teams
  • Should be able to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Level2 certified

Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and manage the overall project charter defining project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements
  • Develop and execute a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress milestones and risks
  • Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and understand business requirements for Interop and existing interface engine
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications
  • Analyze the existing interface and create high level specifications for each interface type
  • Gap analysis of specific interfaces with respect to the standard specification & prepare documentation for the interfaces
  • Provided end-to-end integration solution to client and designed new integration Architecture for provider and its downstream applications
  • Organize regular stakeholder meetings steering committee updates and ad-hoc communication as needed
  • Act as the main point of contact between technical teams business units application owners and third-party vendors
  • Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and vendors ensuring clear understanding of project goals timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts and technical teams to ensure training materials and knowledge base articles are comprehensive and up to date
  • Identify project risks related to scope timeline resources or vendor onboarding and create mitigation strategies
  • Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership. Develop and distribute status reports to all relevant stakeholders including project sponsors leadership and the steering committee
  • Present weekly monthly or as-needed status reports to leadership summarizing key achievements upcoming milestones risks and issues
  • Worked on agile methodologies like Scrum Kanban with active participation in project planning delivery and tracking with help of ADO ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of building and testing new interfaces that includes clinical orders (ORM) and results (ORU Skills:
  • Proven experience managing complex IT or Interop projects particularly in creating/modifying/testing electronic HL7 interfaces
  • Strong proven Experience in HL7 and Laboratory Information System (LIS) interface integration
  • Experience in solution architecture and development of healthcare data integration solutions for exchanging real time health care data standards like HL7 FHIR EDI using various data integration engines and interoperability tools
  • Strong skills in developing and managing project charters work breakdown structures and comprehensive project plans.
  • Expertise in stakeholder communication vendor management and project reporting
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project needs .

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
