Role Overview

We re looking for a go-getter senior leader who sits at the intersection of:

  • Enterprise AI & cloud platforms (LLMs agents data/ML platforms MLOps cloud-native architectures)
  • Strategic sales & account growth (multi-million-dollar pursuits multi-stakeholder deals co-selling with hyper-scalers & AI vendors)
  • Solutions leadership (shaping AI use cases value stories and reference architectures with CxO and product leaders)
  • Own a set of strategic hi-tech accounts and partners embed with them to discover and shape AI opportunities and work with our BlueVerse advisory platform and delivery teams to convert them into scalable reference-worthy programs. This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility to executive leadership.

This role is based in the Bay Area with flexibility for travel to client offices and LTIMindtree locations in North America.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own GTM & Revenue for AI - Hi-Tech Accounts

  • Own a revenue and pipeline target for a portfolio of strategic hi-tech accounts
  • Build and execute account plans with clear whitespace key sponsors and multi-year opportunity roadmaps (platform adoption co-innovation managed services large deals).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles

2. Solution & AI Advisory Leadership

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to product engineering and AI leaders at hi-tech clients articulating how BlueVerse (Foundry Agents) complements their own platforms (Azure AWS GCP NVIDIA etc.).
  • Translate customer problems into concrete AI solution blueprints:
  • LLM and agentic AI use cases (e.g. developer copilots support agents content automation ops copilots).
  • Data and platform requirements (connectors governance observability safety cost controls).
  • Work hands-on with our solution architects and engineers to shape POVs demos POCs and pilots that can scale into productized offerings (aligned to how forward-deployed teams at leading AI companies operate)

3. Co-Selling & Ecosystem Plays

  • Build joint go-to-market motions with cloud and AI partners (Microsoft NVIDIA AWS Google Anthropic OpenAI etc.) including:
  • Co-sell opportunities and marketplace listings.
  • Joint reference architectures and solution packs.
  • Partner enablement on BlueVerse.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with field sales partner managers and industry specialists across hyper-scalers and AI platform providers.

4. Storytelling Proposals & Executive Engagement

  • Craft compelling narratives and solution storylines that connect BlueVerse capabilities to hi-tech priorities (AI safety platform extensibility developer adoption cost efficiency GTM growth).
  • Lead C-suite and SVP-level conversations with product engineering AI platform and partner ecosystem leaders.
  • Orchestrate RFP/RFI responses proposals and commercial constructs in collaboration with finance legal and delivery leaders.
  • Build and maintain a library of repeatable sales assets: case studies value frameworks ROI models and solution playbooks.

5. Internal Leadership & Product Feedback Loop

  • Partner closely with BlueVerse Product Engineering and Delivery to:
  • Bring structured field feedback into the product roadmap (features integrations deployment models).
  • Shape vertical and horizontal solution packs tailored for hi-tech and platform ecosystem needs.
  • Mentor team members (solution consultants BDMs pre-sales engineers) and help build a high-performing GTM pod for the hi-tech vertical.
  • Contribute to thought leadership (panels blogs webinars conferences) showcasing BlueVerse in the AI ecosystem.

Experience

  • 10 15 years of experience in a mix of:
  • Enterprise sales / account management for cloud data or AI platforms and
  • Technical pre-sales / solutions architecture / forward-deployed engineering roles.
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas with complex multi-stakeholder deals (preferably with or into hyper-scalers / hi-tech product companies).
  • Deep familiarity with AI & data platforms such as:
  • LLMs and agentic AI (OpenAI Anthropic etc.)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
  • MLOps / data platforms (Databricks Snowflake Vertex etc.)
  • Experience selling services platform / product combinations (consulting implementation managed services and platform subscriptions).

Technical Skills

  • Strong technical depth in at least some of the following:
  • LLMs prompt engineering retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents.
  • Data engineering APIs/integrations microservices event-driven architectures.
  • Security governance compliance (AI safety data privacy RBAC auditability).
  • Able to whiteboard architectures challenge assumptions and co-design solutions with client engineering teams.

Sales & Soft Skills

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills able to speak both to CTOs/VPs of Engineering and to business sponsors (GMs BU heads product leaders).
  • Strong executive presence; comfortable leading discussions in ambiguous fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new doors not just farm existing business truly a hunter-builder profile.
  • High bias for action: you are hands-on scrappy and comfortable working with incomplete information to get to a deal and a meaningful client outcome.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience at or selling into hyper-scalers AI labs or platform companies (e.g. Microsoft AWS Google NVIDIA OpenAI Anthropic Palantir Databricks Snowflake).
  • Background in consulting / SI / advisory with exposure to complex global accounts.
  • Experience building ecosystem partnerships and marketplaces.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Location & Work Model

  • Base: San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco Peninsula South Bay or East Bay).
  • Model: Hybrid in-person client meetings and internal sessions as required.
  • Will require travel across North America for key client and partner meetings.
