Preferred Care at Home is seeking to partner with a motivated sales professional. This is a contracted role subject to review and renewal after the first six months. Pay is a very generous commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential (no cap). This role is not for anyone who needs a base salary commission structure. You must be comfortable workingsolely on commission.
Heres the highlights of the role.
- Set your own work schedule. Seriously aside from a brief weekly meeting with the owner do what you want.
- Earn $1000 sign-on bonus for each client converted (of 20 hours/week need).
- Earn 5% commission of net revenue on each client for the life of that client or your term of agreement with the agency.
- Weekly pay cycle
- Option to explore handling warm-lead calls for those so inclined.
- Marketing materials & meals provided.
- Mileage reimbursement.
What are you supposed to do
- Generally your goal is to build and nurturerelationships with referral sources. All clients that come to us through your referral source are considered yours; you will be expected to follow leads through to the close of sale.
- In the beginning the owner Jared will accompany you on your in-person lead visits to close the sale.
- For those inclined to handle warm leads you will be trained with an initial call script taught our lead tracking system and expected to manage follow-ups via phone calls texts and email drip-campaigns. If you hate telesales & digital communication this side of sales is not for you.

- The owner loves teaching & helping other people succeed.
- Good communication is critical but we do NOT micromanage. If you constantly need to be told what to do this will not work for you.

- We want people who work hard but clearly care about people. We do not want to become known as that agency with the really aggressive and rude sales people.
