Essentials: Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred); minimum 7 years experience in EHS roles; prior experience on construction projects within residential and commercial developments

Due to continued expansion the company is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor to join the team and support the safe delivery of complex commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
EHS Management Systems:
Implement maintain and monitor the companys Environmental Health & Safety Management System at project level.
Safety Culture & Engagement:
Promote a positive and proactive health and safety culture across site management teams contractors and operatives.
Site Inspections & Reporting:
Monitor EHS compliance on site carrying out regular inspections and producing weekly reports and corrective action plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the wider project team to ensure alignment on EHS objectives.
Coaching & Best Practice:
Influence and coach site teams in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
