Stagiaire dété Stratégie et Opérations Commerciales

Le programme de stages dété offre aux étudiants une occasion précieuse dacquérir une expérience pratique et de perfectionner leurs connaissances et compétences au sein dune entreprise biopharmaceutique de premier plan. Les stagiaires travailleront sur des projets significatifs aux côtés de professionnels dans un environnement commercial mondial qui privilégie linnovation de pointe pour sauver et améliorer des vies partout dans le monde. Dans ce rôle vous relèverez directement du Directeur Stratégie et Opérations Commerciales.

Vos activités et projets consisteront à :

• Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques visant à améliorer lexcellence opérationnelle au sein de lorganisation commerciale Human Health y compris les programmes de soutien aux patients la planification de la demande les relations commerciales et le développement des affaires.

• Faciliter la collecte et lanalyse de diverses sources dinformation pour appuyer les décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.

• Contribuer à la mise en place dune supervision et dune exécution efficaces des processus y compris lidentification dopportunités dautomatisation lorsque cela est possible.

Domaine détudes requis :

• Génie sciences de la vie administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.

• Une préférence sera accordée aux candidats démontrant un intérêt ou une expérience en gestion des soins de santé ou en gestion des opérations.

Qualifications:

• Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de léquipe et les équipes interfonctionnelles.

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec peu de supervision.

• Capacité à apprendre et à appliquer rapidement de nouvelles informations.

• Maîtrise des données et des analyses; préférence pour une expérience en développement de modèles analytiques dans Excel Python et en création de visualisations dans PowerBI.

• Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite).

• La maîtrise du français est requise.

• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure et/ou la participation à une association étudiante est considérée comme un atout.

• Être étudiant à temps plein dans une université canadienne reconnue au moment de la candidature.

• Disponible pour travailler dans un environnement hybride au siège social canadien à Kirkland Québec.

• Disponible pour toute la durée du stage dété (mai-août 2026).

In this role you will report directly to the Director Strategy & Commercial Operations.

Your activities and projects will consist of:

• Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence across the Human Health commercial organization including patient support programs demand planning commercial relations and business development.

• Facilitating the collection and analysis of diverse information sources in support of strategic and operational decisions.

• Aiding in the establishment of efficient process oversight and execution including automation opportunities where feasible.

Required field of study:

• Engineering Life Sciences Business or related field.

• Preference for demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare management operations management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly.

• Data and analytics proficiency; preference for experience with analytical model development in Excel Python and Visualization development in PowerBI.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

• Fluency in French is required.

• Past work experience and/or student association involvement is considered an asset.

• Available to work in a hybrid work environment at our Canadian HQ in Kirkland Quebec.

• Available for the entire summer internship mandate (May-August 2026).
