As a Operations Supervisor - Assembly at Vention

Youll play a key role in leading and supporting our Mechanical Assembly team within our fast-paced Operations department. Youll oversee the assembly of high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications while guiding the team to deliver work that meets our standards of quality efficiency and continuous improvement. What Youll Do

• Lead mentor and motivate the mechanical assembly team to meet production goals and uphold Ventions high standards.
• Assemble a variety of components from simple to complex including palletizers conveyors robot cells machine tending applications and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
• Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
• Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Ventions high standards.
• Oversee and coordinate team workflows ensuring tasks are assigned effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Pick and pack orders in accordance with Ventions quality standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.
• Update internal systems with assembly details to ensure accurate tracking.

Youll bring:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering robotics or relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools.
• Experience with data entry or relevant administrative tasks.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Strong teamwork communication and interpersonal skills.
