Griffith Health Clinics is looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to assist with the daily operations of our team. This role provides the chance to work in a supportive and fast-paced environment ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including managing diaries and travel record keeping information management and process improvement.
- Conduct research collect and enter data and prepare correspondence presentations reports and project applications.
- Maintain databases and online systems conduct procurement and financial transactions and participate in user testing/implementation of new/upgraded systems.
- Assist in committee support agenda and minutes preparation and ensure follow-up on actions.
- Support processes and data entry associated with the Teaching Allocation Tool (TAT).
- Assist with organising events and workshops.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An associate diploma qualification with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of skills knowledge and experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative systems including Microsoft Office and database management.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and supporting operational needs.

This is a fixed term (until 30 November 2026) full-time position based primarily at Griffith University Gold Coast.
Salary Range
The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73623 - $77680 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86139 - $90886 per annum.
