DescriptionThe Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations at the Greensboro site ensuring consistent service delivery operational efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction. Essential Duties- Oversee daily site operations to ensure contractual safety and performance standards are met
- Lead coach and support onsite management and frontline teams
- Manage vendors work orders and operational expenses in alignment with budget expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety requirements and client expectations
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans to stabilize and enhance performance
