About the role:
Support monthly and quarterly sales target planning for the Accessories category including performance tracking and corrective action planning.
Drive sell-in merchandising solutions to drive off-takes driving visibility on E-com platforms explore new channels and identify gaps and drive actions that improve sales and inventory productivity.
Drive Accessories category performance through effective assortment deployment replenishment support and inventory optimization at store level.
Work closely with Franchisee partners Chain stores E-commerce partners to provide sales-focused operational guidance and ensure consistent execution across stores and channels.
Support data-driven decisions related to assortment mix sell-in planning replenishment and key store KPIs such as conversions UPTs and ATVs.
Partner with VM and store teams to ensure strong visual merchandising execution that enhances Accessories visibility and sell-out.
Build understanding of consumer behavior in the Accessories category and support store teams in improving selling capability and attachment rates.
Ensure adherence to brand standards SOPs pricing and promotional guidelines across franchise stores.
Support commercial performance through effective visibility solutions stock rotation and seasonal execution discipline.
Track key metrics including sell-out/sell-in inventory health ageing margins and other KPIs to ensure sales and operational efficiency.
