The opportunity

Were looking for QA with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EY GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in modules such as ITSM HRSD CSM IRM ITOM
• Create new and maintain existing automation test frameworks.
• Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.
• Establish quality standards and processes.
• Collaborate with developers Business Analysts and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
• Generate comprehensive test plans execute and automate them
• Experience working within a wide variety of automated testing frameworks including Java JUnit Selenium TestNG and other open-source projects.
• Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
• Have a deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g. unit integration automated) their strengths and weakness and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
• Strong communication skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• College degree in related technology field (Computer Engineering Science etc.) or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a QA role.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory

Ideally youll also have

• Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
• Knowledge about ServiceNows latest versions features.
