Technical Comptency:
- 6 years of IT experience in in ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Conversational Catalog solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog Request Management and Flow Designer.
- Experience of ITOM suite (CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within ServiceNow
- Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals Windows/Unix admin skills
- Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
- Experience with topic flow design dialog creation NLU training and contextual triggers.
- Hands-on experience integrating Virtual Agent with external systems or back-end workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript Glide API REST APIs and ServiceNow scripting.
Must-Have:
- Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management or Service Catalog Mobile App Virtual Agent
- Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans
- Knowledge of unit testing system integration testing performance testing user acceptance testing or any client-specific testing
- Certified ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and preferably CAD CIS-Virtual Agent or other ServiceNow certifications.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Behavioral competency:
- Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily
- Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e. pre-iteration and retrospectives)
Good-to-Have:
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
- ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
- Java developer certification
