About the Role


At Exotel we help leading businesses to transform customer conversations at scale. As an Enterprise Sales Manager Retail you will own large complex enterprise deals selling AI-powered Voice Bots Conversational AI CCaaS and CPaaS solutions.
This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.

What Youll Do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across accounts like Zomato Swiggy Meesho etc

  • Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion

  • Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement cost optimisation and compliance

  • Engage CXOs Digital CX IT and Operations leaders

  • Lead discovery solutioning pricing and contract negotiations

  • Partner with Product Pre-sales and CX teams to close complex deals

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

Success Metrics

  • Enterprise revenue and pipeline targets

  • AI & Voice Bot deal contribution

  • Deal size win rates and forecast accuracy

What Were Looking For

  • Conversational AI Core: 7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales specifically within Conversational AI NLP or Bot platforms.

  • Strategic Pedigree: A proven track record of selling complex AI automation solutions to large-scale high-growth consumer tech brands.

  • Technical Fluency: You understand the nuances of Intent Recognition ASR TTS and LLMs and can explain their business value to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong solution-selling commercial and executive communication skills
