Role:

The Assistant General Manager aids the General Manager of Tribal Operations in the performance of administrative leadership duties for Tribal programs. The Assistant General Manager shares responsibility for the Nations program continuation and will assist the General Manager with oversight of all existing and new programs. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with the day-to-day activities operated within the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

Minimum Requirements:

Driving: Must have a valid Kansas drivers license and must be insurable with the Nations insurance carrier.

Experience: 5 years of supervisory and strategic management experience. Experience with business systems tools project management best practices and client engagement methodologies.

Education: A Bachelors degree in business finance legal studies or a similar related field.
