The role
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of direct labour trade staff managers and supervisors overseeing the successful delivery of multiple external works contracts across the North West. The role requires a strong customer-focused approach ensuring a consistently high level of service to all external customers.
You will be responsible for the effective leadership and commercial management of several external contracts adopting a commercially driven approach to generate competitive margins while ensuring all operational delivery and financial targets are achieved. The role also involves full accountability for budget management relating to external contracts with values in excess of 10 million.
You will lead the delivery of reactive capital and compliance works programmes across the Regenda housing stock including but not limited to:
Windows and doors
Roof replacements
Kitchens and bathrooms
Communal entrance doors
