Job Summary
Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Operations Lead to help grow our commercial cleaning services in Savannah GA. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring services are delivered with exceptional quality.
You will focus primarily on developing new business opportunities while also supporting operational activities to ensure client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in expanding a growing service operation and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial clients through networking outreach and in-person visits
Present and demonstrate carpet cleaning floor care upholstery cleaning and restoration services
Develop proposals and close new business opportunities
Maintain client relationships and update opportunities in the CRM system
Assist with service delivery including carpet floor upholstery and restoration work when needed
Oversee job execution and ensure services meet company quality standards
Coordinate with technicians and support scheduling and daily operations
Requirements
Qualifications
1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required)
Sales experience in B2B or service-based environments
Knowledge of carpet cleaning floor care or restoration services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a small team
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Required Skills:
Qualifications 1 year of experience in the commercial cleaning industry (required). Proven sales experience ideally in a service-based or B2B environment.
