Job Summary
**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is looking for a compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Waldorf MD team. This position requires providing overnight support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the hours of Sunday to Wednesday 11pm to 9am.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for overnight shifts and weekends
- Must possess a valid drivers license reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Successful completion of a background check
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during the overnight hours
- Help with bedtime routines and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any incidents promptly
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Collaborate with daytime staff to ensure consistent care
