Role Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of Fingerprint Zone Group for a motivated and results-driven Sales Administrator to join their Bellville branch. This role focuses on generating new business cold calling clients and supporting branch sales operations. The candidate will work under the guidance of the Sales Supervisor and contribute to achieving monthly sales and booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through cold calling referrals and networking.
Target end users and private clients for Fingerprint Zone Group services.
Provide front-line customer service to walk-in clients requiring biometric and background verification services.
Capture submit and track client information on online systems.
Maintain accurate sales records pipelines and reporting.
Support branch administration and perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor or General Manager.
