Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a detail-oriented and highly capable HR Administrator for a client based in Cape Town to provide maternity cover for a period of 45 months.

This role is ideal for a strong HR Administrator with excellent systems knowledge a high level of accuracy and solid experience in HR processes and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Sage 300 People (HRIS and workflows).
  • High attention to detail with strong HR process knowledge.
  • Experience in data integrity risk controls and HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with the MIE system (advantageous).
  • Support of performance management processes.
  • Strong MS Excel capability.

Requirements

  • 35 years experience in an HR Administration role.
  • Proven experience working on Sage 300 People HRIS.
  • Solid knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
