Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a detail-oriented and highly capable HR Administrator for a client based in Cape Town to provide maternity cover for a period of 45 months.
This role is ideal for a strong HR Administrator with excellent systems knowledge a high level of accuracy and solid experience in HR processes and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with Sage 300 People (HRIS and workflows).
- High attention to detail with strong HR process knowledge.
- Experience in data integrity risk controls and HR compliance.
- Familiarity with the MIE system (advantageous).
- Support of performance management processes.
- Strong MS Excel capability.

- High ownership accuracy and accountability.
- Deadline-driven with excellent follow-through.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
