- Lead complex multi-site wage negotiations actively managing a sophisticated unionized environment while fostering productive employee relations.
- Develop and implement holistic HR processes that effectively enable the business to recruit retain and engage the necessary talent pool to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive the performance management process across the unit monitoring compliance analyzing trends and championing a high-performing diverse and inclusive culture.
- Lead the HR team setting clear objectives and managing performance to ensure departmental goals align seamlessly with organizational strategy.
