Job Summary:
Implement develop and maintain corporate and legal standards for industrial safety and hygiene in your area of responsibility following the general plan training supervising and monitoring compliance in order to create a safety culture that guarantees the physical integrity of the personnel.
Main Responsabilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of safety and hygiene standards applicable to your area of responsibility.
- Coordinate training for all personnel in your area of responsibility on industrial safety and hygiene.
- Coordinate the execution of safety and environmental audits.
- Ensure that facilities buildings and equipment are maintained in optimal condition in accordance with applicable corporate occupational safety and health standards and current national regulations.
- Prepare the monthly report of results for your area of responsibility.
- Keep emergency equipment and the fire suppression system readily available.
- Analyze the causes of accidents.
- Participate in the planning and organization of events and campaigns.
Skills and Qualities:
- Chemical/Industrial Engineer or related field.
- 2 -3 year of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of legal aspects of industrial safety and hygiene.
- Selection of personal protective equipment.
- Operation of firefighting equipment.
- Basic development of SIMA audits.
- Knowledge of environmental legal aspects.

- PC skills.
