Job Summary
Develop and optimize production processes by analyzing manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Focused on maximizing resource utilization (human material and financial) to consistently meet operational targets and production schedules.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality by maintaining the optimal performance of production lines.
- Monitor and report on business performance indicators (KPIs) including Productivity Scrap OEE OTIF and Quality.
- Lead optimization projects using Kaizen DMAIC and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System; participate actively in internal and external audits.
- Analyze the root causes of operational issues and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee production records and ensure the reliability of all operational data.
- Design and execute training plans for operational personnel.
- Create and update technical documents including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) work instructions and Lessons Learned reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety environmental and quality regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
- Promote 5S practices industrial safety standards and a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Mechanical or related).
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
- English advanced level
- Proven knowledge of SMED TPM 5S VSM Visual Management and Standardized Work.
- Ability to interpret blueprints product specifications and machinery manuals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Experience in Plant Layout design.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and general Management Systems.
- Previous experience in personnel management and leading teams.
- Process analysis quality management manufacturing metrics (KPIs) and process documentation.
