SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager Bengaluru 7-10 LPA
About the Role
Own both SEO and social media marketing for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. Youll drive organic growth while managing social campaigns to generate qualified leads from startups and SMEs.
What Youll Do
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page off-page technical SEO)
- Manage social media presence across LinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Facebook Ads)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build quality backlinks through guest posting and digital PR
- Create content calendars and community engagement strategies
- Track performance using Google Analytics Search Console and social analytics
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI
- A/B test landing pages ad copy and targeting strategies
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Must Have:
- 4-5 years managing both SEO and social media marketing
- Proven results in organic ranking improvements and social campaign success
- Hands-on with SEO tools (Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog)
- Expert in Google Analytics Search Console Tag Manager
- Experience with paid social and search advertising
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to juggle multiple channels simultaneously
Good to Have:
- B2B SaaS/fintech marketing experience
- HubSpot or marketing automation knowledge
- Google Ads/Analytics certifications
- WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
- Understanding of B2B lead funnels

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the companys marketing goals. Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts landing pages case studies white papers social media content and email newsletters. SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content and increase organic traffic. Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for demand generation campaigns email marketing and social media. Product Messaging: Translate technical product features into compelling easy-to- understand content for our target audience. Data-Driven Decisions: Track content performance metrics and iterate based on insights. Collaborations: Work with internal teams and external influencers to develop case studies and guest blog posts.
