Develop and expand B2B sales across PAN India
Identify and approach new customers including industries EPC contractors project sites and institutions
Generate inquiries directly from projects factories plants and industrial units
Convert leads into orders through effective negotiation and follow-ups
Project & Industrial Sales
Visit project sites factories and industrial customers regularly
Understand project requirements BOQs and technical specifications
Coordinate with internal technical teams to offer suitable product solutions
Work closely with consultants contractors and purchase departments
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Manage existing customers and ensure repeat business
Handle client meetings presentations and product demonstrations
Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
Market Development & Travel
Travel extensively across assigned territories and PAN India locations
Identify new markets dealers and channel partners
Gather market intelligence competitor pricing and product feedback
Represent NIRMANKAR at exhibitions trade meets and site meetings.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily visit reports sales pipeline and forecasting
Coordinate with sales coordination accounts logistics and production teams
Ensure timely order processing dispatch and payment follow-ups
Requirements
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Engineering Business or related field
38 years of proven field sales experience in B2B / industrial / project sales
Strong understanding of industrial products pipelines fire fighting systems or engineering components
Excellent negotiation presentation and closing skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience dealing with EPC companies consultants and large industrial projects
Knowledge of BOQs tenders and technical specifications
Existing network with industries contractors or project consultants
Valid driving license
