You are a visionary HR leader who thrives on strategy innovation and building something extraordinary. This is a Directorlevel role with enterprise impact. Youll have the empowerment to set priorities standardize what great looks like and lead change across a large multibrand footprint.

What Were Looking For

  • 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience ideally in supply chain distribution manufacturing or large-scale operations that allows you demonstrate strong business financial and analytical acumen
  • Proven experience leading developing and providing extremely thoughtful care for HR teams in a multi-site environment
  • Ability to lead through change ambiguity and transformation with Executive-level communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or Masters degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel 25%-50%
