Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the design development and implementation of new products and improvements to existing products for TWG with a dual focus on traditional hydraulic winch systems and emerging electric winch technologies. The role requires expertise in both mechanical engineering and mechatronic systems to deliver complete winch solutions including electric motors controls and automation systems.

Work Arrangement : Onsite
Pay Range: $80000 - 100000 CAD / annually
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
