Job Summary
The Opportunity:
As a Delivery Driver with Albus you will be responsible for delivery and pick up of commercial laundry and linens from AgeCare seniors communities in Calgary and Strathmore. We provide the 5 ton 28 foot truck you bring the experience and clean drivers record.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial laundry and linens between the Albus facility to AgeCare communities in Calgary and Strathmore
With Safety as a priority you will be responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspection of the truck
Skilled in writing reports such as daily driver log books
Demonstrates great customer service skills when delivering laundry carts
Must be willing to help with other related duties when required
Qualifications:
High school diploma is preferred WHMIS training an asset
Clean Drivers Record (Class 5) and ability to provide abstract when requested
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Demonstrated competency with a 5 ton 28 foot truck
Willing and capable of working in a fast paced environment
Physically capable to consistently push and pull carts when loading and unloading truck and delivering to each community
