Job Summary
We are looking for a Part-Time / Casual Class 1 Driver to assist with deliveries and pick-ups with in Edmonton and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a retired driver semi-retired professional or someone with another job who is looking for flexible supplemental work.
Work is on an as-needed basis some weeks may have multiple days available while others may have none. We are seeking someone who values flexibility and is comfortable with an on-call style schedule.
Responsibilities
Deliver and pick up or drop off freight across Edmonton and northern Alberta
Ensure cargo is secured and transported safely
Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recent Class 1 driving experience
Clean drivers abstract
Physically fit and able to handle job demands
Reliable self-motivated and safety-focused
Must have own transportation to and from work
Fluent in spoken and written English
Comfortable with a flexible on-call schedule
