What You Will Do
Oversee month-end and year-end close activities including review of journal entries balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with SOX and company policies.
Monitor operating expenses manage cash flow working capital and liquidity planning and review CAPEX requests with ROI tracking.
Lead budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes; analyze actuals versus budget and provide actionable insights.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.
Act as a finance business partner to functional and operational teams providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Coordinate with tax advisors on direct and indirect tax matters and lead internal and external audits including resolution of audit findings.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors banks and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience operating at Manager level.
Hands-on experience managing month-end close financial reporting and internal controls.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP audit processes and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to work independently and step into a role with minimal handover.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in FP&A including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Exposure to cost management cash flow and CAPEX evaluation.
Prior experience in a structured compliance-driven or multinational environment.
Aerospace or adjacent industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
