Job Summary:

Join us as an Inspecie Transfer Administrator at HUB24 and help deliver seamless asset transfer experiences for our clients and partners!

As an Inspecie Transfer Administrator youll manage the transfer of a variety of assets; including shares and managed funds - ensuring accuracy compliance and exceptional client service.

Youll be the key contact for clients and counterparties handling complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transfer of shares (domestic and international) managed funds and other assets ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients providing updates and resolving enquiries throughout the transfer process.
  • Coordinate asset movements between investment platforms and superannuation products.
  • Manage case tickets and client communications delivering service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations Product Compliance IT) and external partners (Dealer Groups Advisers Service Providers).

Requirements:

  • Experience with inspecie or asset transfers and knowledge of financial instruments products and platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Understanding of Australian securities managed funds and settlement risks.
  • High attention to detail technical proficiency and a can do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise manage time effectively and work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly regarded.
