POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on commercial projects in Saskatoon SK. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with commercial electrical experience who can lead crews and keep projects on track.
Shift: 4 - 5 days a week; 8-to-10-hour days
Wage Range: $45/hr to $55/hr (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage electrical installations from start to finish
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians
- Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings
- Coordinate with other trades contractors and clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Order materials and manage project schedules
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Prepare and submit project reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Advise management on milestone completion status
- Ensure overall cleanliness of site trailers and vehicles on site
- Pursue training opportunities to advance industry knowledge
- Handle any on-site emergencies or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
- Establish and maintain good relations with site personnel and customers
- Comply with Companys corporate Health and Safety manual
- Adhere to both Flyer Electric and customer policies and procedures
- Attend daily and weekly site meetings as well as all mandatory training
- Maintain a professional image and demonstrate positive attitude teamwork and workmanship
- Lead others by example
- Willing to work extra hours to meet project deadlines and maintain crew efficiency
- Perform any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
- Saskatchewan Electrical License
- Valid Leadership for Safety Excellence
- Valid Fall Protection and EWP
- Valid First Aid
- Basic knowledge and ability to use computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Previous leadership experience in Commercial Electrical Construction or a strong reference from past employer stating qualities of such
- Ability to lift carry push and pull bend climb squat reach and kneel
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Maintain clean driving abstract and Drug and Alcohol clearance
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
