Job Summary
Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As a Future Talent Strategic Deployment Project Coordinator you will support various strategic deployment projects within the Tetra Paks sustainability programs. You will assist in planning executing and delivering projects on time within budget and to the agreed quality standards. Key stakeholders for this role include Development & Technology Project Management Supplier Management (Global & Regional) Processing Solutions & Equipment (Global & Project Centres) and Packaging Solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assist in defining communicating and managing project scope objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders requirements.
- Support the development execution and management of integrated project plans coordinating resource sharing for your projects.
- Help creating and maintaining a customer deployment plan.
- Assist in planning and managing quality activities to meet project requirements using necessary processes methods and tools.
- Supports and engages the diverse stakeholder groups including risk management and mitigations.
- Supports the Key Account Team in preparing Capital Equipment conversion decks including financial and time implications.
- Assist in creating and driving the procurement plan to ensure supplier selection and management meet project objectives involving all relevant operations.
- This position will be located in Lund but you will work in a global arena. You will travel around 20% of your time.

- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritious
