As a Senior Backend Engineer you will design and build high-performance infrastructure for a growing financial technology platform. You will work on complex distributed systems ensuring reliability and scalability while collaborating with a high-caliber technical team. What you will do:

• Architect and maintain scalable backend services using high-performance languages and modern cloud infrastructure

• Lead the development of mission-critical features from technical design through to production deployment

• Optimize system performance and reliability to handle high-throughput financial data processing

The ideal candidate:

• 2-10 years of professional software engineering experience preferably within a fast-paced startup or fintech environment

• Strong academic background with a degree from a top-tier university and a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals

• Proficiency in systems programming with a strong preference for Rust or a desire to master it professionally
