Role and responsibilities
The Production Engineersupports manufacturingoperations byassistingin process development documentation and quality improvement initiativesto supportboth New Product Introductions (NPI) and volume role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers eager to contribute to new product introductions and continuous improvement projects in a collaborative dynamic environment.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Collect andanalyze SPC datatomonitorprocess stability.
Support process improvement initiatives for volume products including cycle time and labor hour reduction.
Participatein quality and lean projects.
Manufacturing Process &Documentation
Assistindevelopingand updatingmanufacturing procedures work instructions and routing documentation.
Maintainprocess documentationand production sequences.
Participate in Engineering Change Notice (ECN) reviews and provide factory input.
Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards.
New Product Introduction & Design Support
Contributeto new product introduction activities within a concurrent engineering environment.
Supportin design reviews PFMEAs and manufacturability assessments.
Supportproduction tooling and qualification tests.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical supportassistingFirst Line Support (FLS) for production issues including troubleshooting modules and driving to root cause resolution
Evaluate and dispositionparts with quality issues review failure analysis reports andvalidateroot causes.
Provide necessary dataforimplementing corrective actions and RCA investigations.
Participate in DRB/MRB to drive structural solutions
Equipment & Resource Management
Assistin equipment calibration upkeep and procurement for manufacturing instruments.
Collaboration & Communication
Interfacewith internalteamsand external customersregardingassemblyandtesting of components and final products.
Document results write procedures and support qualification plans.
Work independently or as part of a team to follow through on assignments.
Education and experience
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) required.
02 years in manufacturing or engineering environment (internship experience preferred).
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiaritywith CAD tools (SolidWorks AutoCAD NX).
Knowledgeof manufacturing processes (machining assembly automation).
UnderstandingofSPC data analysis and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel WordPowerpoint).
Can work according tosafety standards andqualitycompliance requirements.
Basic troubleshooting skills for production equipment and processes.

There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields high voltage and currents.
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.).
