Job Summary
PWR AG & Holmes Creek Headwaters Ranch a local ranching / hunting operation is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focusing on land improvements daily cow/calf duties preparing and maintaining land and assisting in the breeding of game birds. If you have a passion for Hunting and Ranch Management we encourage you to apply. This full-time position offers the chance to work mostly unsupervised reporting directly to the Owner with ample room for growth and expansion in pay leadership and experience.
Responsibilities
- Operating heavy equipment such as tractors loaders and excavators as required.
- Performing repairs and maintenance on ranch equipment.
- Heavy lifting as needed for tasks.
- Using hand tools and power tools to complete various ranch maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Assisting with animal care and feeding.
- Assisting with the Cattle and Birds is going to be a main factor.
- A PASSION FOR HUNTING IS A MUST!!!
