On behalf of our international manufacturing partner we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a long-established site operating within a global organization. Reporting to the Head of HR the role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational support contributing to organizational effectiveness and people-focused transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to managers providing professional support in labor law compensation performance management training and HR KPIs
- Coordinate workforce planning and succession planning processes
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and selection teams
- Manage performance management cycles goal setting and employee development initiatives
- Contribute to HR strategy development and ensure consistent implementation of HR guidelines
- Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance related to working hours shift systems and employment termination
- Actively participate in change management initiatives and organizational transformations
Requirements
- College or university degree (HR degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Experience gained in a multinational manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical automotive energy or FMCG preferred)
- Negotiation-level English used confidently in a professional context
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy independence and teamwork capability
- Adaptable resilient and responsible mindset
- Strong alignment with values such as customer focus innovation collaboration ambition openness respect and readiness to act
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an international HR environment
- Collaboration with global or regional HR teams or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
